Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Soundry application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App.
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
• Share your account credentials with others.

2. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., songs, lyrics, album artwork). By uploading content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display your content to provide and promote the App’s services. You represent that your content does not infringe on third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its AI algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by Soundry or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the App.
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, but certain provisions (e.g., intellectual property, dispute resolution) survive.
